Nancy has practiced civil litigation for over thirty-three years across commercial litigation, personal injury, professional liability, insurance disputes, property disputes, employment matters, and products liability. She started her career at Figari & Davenport in Dallas in 1989, made partner at Cowles & Thompson in 1994, and was later a partner at Hermes, Sargent, Bates before joining Mike to form Carnahan & Carnahan in Southlake.
She joined Gilbert Mediation Group in 2016 and has mediated full-time since, both with Gilbert and from her own office in Southlake. Her mediation practice focuses on personal injury, products liability, and insurance litigation.
Nancy is a proficient Spanish speaker and often mediates in Spanish — and can assist with translation for attorneys whose clients' first or only language is Spanish. She has mediation locations available in Tarrant, Dallas, and Wise counties, and mediates remotely via Zoom.
